DREAM READING
The following dream was received by Naomi from
a woman named Sarah (actual names in the dream have been changed).
Sarah explained to Naomi that she knew the dream was significant
because of its vividness and clarity. She continued thinking about
the dream months later but couldn’t interpret it. She subsequently
decided to contact Naomi for a soul-based dream interpretation.
Sarah explained to Naomi that she is undergoing
major changes in her life and wondered whether the dream could
be a reflection of those changes. She is excited about the changes
and believes that her willingness to accept them may be opening
new doors for her. Sarah’s dream, which she titled ‘How
Does My Garden Grow’ is printed below. Naomi’s interpretation
of the dream is presented on three levels to illustrate the level
of detail which she will provide for a ‘Bottom
Line,’ ‘Overview,’ or ‘Indepth’ dream
reading.
Sarah’s Dream: How Does My Garden
Grow
I find myself at a huge party situated in a lush
green garden. I wander through the garden peacefully and at ease.
I see various friends and acquaintances on this vast property.
I walk along the paths in my garden through the groups and acknowledge
them with a full heart. I pass by a Native American group and I
think I see a bright aura and a spiritual presence. I bow to acknowledge
them. As I walk along further, I see a man named Darryl who I knew
in my youth, and some of his friends. I wind along the path and
also see two former school mates Jo Ann and Sandy. Everyone is
having a good time.
As I continue to walk through the garden I see
a man who is acting out in a belligerent manner; but I know that
he has a heart of gold and I sense a connection to him. I watch
him as I continue to wander through the groups. I feel connected
to all of the people in the garden.
Dream characters:
Darryl – friend during early adulthood who
was quiet but mature, and who enjoyed a good party.
Sandy – one of a group of high school classmates,
who had no particular distinction
